Privacy

We collect what's needed to make and ship your tie, we don't sell it, and the images you upload are yours. Payment details go to Stripe, never to us.

Your design (including uploaded images), name, shipping address, email, and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Analytics are first-party and cookieless — no ad trackers.

Uploads are often photos of people — sometimes children. We use them only to print your order and show you proofs, we never publish them without your say-so, and we delete them on request at any time: email hello@nicetie.co. Otherwise order artwork is retained for 90 days after delivery (so we can reprint if something went wrong), then deleted.

Order data goes to our print partner (to make the tie) and carrier (to ship it) — nothing more, and never for their marketing. Gallery and nicetieBar photos appear only if you chose to post them.
